I contend my novels shouldn't be classified as "erotic romance." Although they contain a peppering of explicit descriptive sex acts, a reader must look beyond all that spicy bedroom behavior to see sophisticated story lines, intricate plot development, and coherent character evolution. If you just want gratuitous sex, look elsewhere. I put too much work in my fiction for it to be so ordinary.
